Clean room with a comfy big bed and the friendliest folks around. Breakfast was full of tasty cooked Thai food. I gotta say, the little touches like the scented bath products were real nice. Just wish the curtains worked better, had a bit of a gap. They’s got a nice indoor pool too!

The hotel stood out for its modern ambiance and inviting atmosphere, located close to shopping centers and food stalls that make it easy to explore. The clean junior suite offered a refreshing pool view, ideal for relaxation after a busy day.

Unfortunately, the check-in process felt a bit chaotic, and having only one keycard during our stay caused some inconveniences. It was also disappointing that the breakfast didn't cater well to various tastes, falling a bit short in variety.

The hotel sits noticeably far from the airport, taking about 30 minutes by taxi. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay, and the arrangements to use the adjacent building’s pool were awkward and not clearly communicated. The breakfast experience was noisy and messy, and there was little flexibility regarding early check-in or late check-out, though they did offer to store our bags while we waited.
